YOU MATTER & YOU ARE WANTED HERE!
Trials and tribulations can arise despite our age, race, religion, sex, or background. Despite our intersectionality, we all deserve and need a safe space to explore our thoughts, feelings, experiences, and behaviors; understanding the impact of all aspects of our lives allows us to use that information to recognize patterns and create new ones. I receive immense joy by allowing others to be seen, heard, valued, and respected in my presence. I often spend my spare time encouraging others to live in their truth and providing them with the space to do so. You don’t have to know where to begin, you just have to be ready to start!
I am passionate about supporting children, teens, adults, and couples through challenges, anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, life stressors, and adversities using mindfulness and psychotherapy. The body, mind, and spirit are all connected— everything begins with our mind.
